Choosing your productWhich model fits my SureFeed?
Compare the underside and features of your SureFeed:
- Model I: the older model with two long non-slip feet.
- Model II: the current model with round non-slip feet.
- Model IIC / II Connect: the Connect model with built-in scales.

Using cooling padsDo the cooling pads fit underneath the stainless steel bowl adapters?
No. Our cooling pads only fit underneath our specially designed shallow food bowls. They cannot be used underneath the adapters.
The shallow bowls with cooling pads are not suitable for Connect.
Using cooling padsHow much longer do the cooling pads keep food fresh?
Depending on the ambient temperature, our cooling pads keep food fresh for approximately 2–6 additional hours. Their actual effect depends on the conditions around the feeding area.
Regular cleaning and replacing food in good time remain important.
Choosing your productFixed or adjustable stand – which should I choose?
The adjustable stand lets you change the angle of your SureFeed.
The fixed stand with a 9 cm lift is particularly suitable for larger cats and a permanently raised feeding position.
Choosing your productWhich front cover size does my cat need?
As a rough guide:
- Small: approximately 2–3 kg
- Medium: approximately 3–6 kg
- Large: from approximately 6 kg
For long-haired cats, choose a larger size if in doubt. Build and head width matter too: compare the measurements in the front cover product images. Your cat must be able to enter comfortably and withdraw their head freely.
Sensitive catsMy cat has sensitive whiskers. Which bowl could I try?
Our shallow food bowls can reduce contact between whiskers and the outer rim. Try them to see whether your cat prefers this shape.
These bowls are not suitable for SureFeed Connect.
Sensitive catsMy cat has chin acne. Could a different bowl help?
Switching from plastic to a smooth, easy-to-clean stainless steel bowl may help some cats. Wash the bowl daily. If the area is inflamed, painful or keeps flaring up, have your cat examined by a vet.
For switching to stainless steel, we recommend our single adapter with a matching stainless steel bowl, double adapter with two stainless steel bowls or original SureFeed stainless steel bowls.
The linked adapters do not fit the Connect model.
