Shipping terms

The available delivery destinations depend on the item and are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Free shipping for orders with an item value of €75.00 or more to Germany and €99.00 or more to the European destinations available for the item. Armenia, Georgia, Guadeloupe, Mayotte, Réunion and Türkiye are excluded from these order-value-based free shipping thresholds. Shipping items from the “Automatic feeders” shipping profile to these destinations costs €14.95 regardless of order value. Items that already qualify for unconditional free shipping, especially our decals, remain free to ship. The thresholds apply to the item value after discounts, excluding shipping charges.

Deliveries within Germany:

Shipping within Germany is free for orders with an item value of €75.00 or more. Below this threshold, standard shipping costs €5.95; items in the “Automatic feeders” shipping profile cost €6.95 to ship. Items that already qualify for free shipping, especially our decals, remain free to ship below the threshold.

Deliveries to Europe:

Shipping is free for orders with an item value of €99.00 or more to the European destinations available for the item, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and Monaco where offered. The threshold also applies to Greenland where delivery is available for the item.

Below €99.00, standard shipping within the EU costs €11.95. For automatic feeders and items in the “Free shipping Surefeed” shipping profile, shipping to the available European destinations costs €14.95. Standard shipping to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and Monaco also costs €14.95. Items that already qualify for free shipping remain free to ship.

Other destinations:

Shipping to the United States, Canada and Australia remains €14.95 in the general shipping profile, with no new free shipping threshold. Other existing destination- and item-specific shipping rules remain in place.

The thresholds include the stated amount and are based on the item value after discounts, excluding shipping charges. For items from multiple shipping profiles, the total cart value counts towards the threshold. Below the threshold, shipping charges from different profiles may be added together. The shipping charges applicable to your order are shown at checkout.

Shipping carriers

  • Germany: We ship with DHL Kleinpaket. Shipments weighing 1 kg or more are sent with DHL Paket.
  • International destinations (except the USA): We ship with DHL Warenpost International. Shipments weighing 1 kg or more are sent with DHL Paket International.
  • USA: We ship exclusively with Spring GDS, a company within the PostNL Group.

The weight threshold refers to the total shipment weight, including packaging.

Production and processing time

Our made-to-order products are ready for dispatch within 5–10 working days. Shipping within Germany then usually takes around 2 working days.

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery time is stated in the individual listing, the total delivery time within Germany is 7–12 working days from the conclusion of the contract, or from receipt of payment if you pay in advance by bank transfer. This period includes production and shipping.

For deliveries to the destinations outside Germany listed above, the total delivery time is 10–24 working days, depending on the destination, from the conclusion of the contract, or from receipt of payment if you pay in advance by bank transfer, unless a different delivery time is stated in the individual listing. This includes 5–10 working days for production and processing, plus 5–14 working days for shipping.

For these purposes, working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will send them together in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

Customs duties and import charges

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import charges that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Undeliverable and returned shipments

Please check your delivery address before completing your order and inform us of any necessary corrections as soon as possible.

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failure to collect it or another reason, we will contact you to agree on the next steps.

Whether additional costs must be paid depends on the applicable statutory provisions and the circumstances of the individual case. We will agree the terms and any costs of sending the shipment again with you in advance.

We do not automatically retain the purchase price as a flat charge. Your statutory right of withdrawal and other statutory rights remain unaffected.
