Terms and Conditions
1. Seller and scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through our online shop at slofe3d.de.
Your contractual partner is:
Marlene Zimmermann
trading as SLOFE3D
Greter Str. 28
26817 Rhauderfehn
Germany
Telephone: +49 174 8257289
Email: office@slofe3d.de
VAT identification number: DE353360794
Individual agreements between us and the customer take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
2. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer to enter into a contract.
You may place products in the basket without obligation. Before submitting your order, you can review your details, the selected items and the order quantity and correct them using the functions provided during checkout.
By clicking the final order button, which clearly indicates that payment is required, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your basket.
We accept your order by sending an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirms both receipt of your order and conclusion of the contract.
If we collect the payment, or have it collected by the payment service provider, before you receive the order confirmation, the contract is concluded when that payment is collected. A mere reservation or authorisation of the payment amount does not constitute collection of payment.
For advance payment by bank transfer, the contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation.
3. Contract language and contract documents
The contract language is German.
We store the order data in order to perform the contract. You will receive the details of your order, these Terms and Conditions and the withdrawal instructions with our order confirmation by email.
You can also access and save the current Terms and Conditions in the online shop. They may differ from the version that applied to an earlier order, so please retain the documents sent to you with your order.
4. Products and made-to-order production
We offer products and accessories manufactured using 3D printing, as well as personalised items. Many of our products are made only after we receive an order.
The characteristics, scope of supply, material and compatibility of an item are determined by the information in the relevant offer and, where applicable, by any individual agreement.
Items manufactured using 3D printing may have visible layer lines and surface textures as a result of the production process. This does not limit the agreed characteristics or your statutory rights in the event of defects.
Unless an offer is expressly marked as an original product, our accessories are independent products made by SLOFE3D. References to third-party brands and product names are used in particular to describe the intended use and compatibility.
5. Personalised items
For personalised items, we manufacture the goods using the information supplied during the ordering process or a design agreed separately.
Please check names, wording and all other personalisation details for accuracy before submitting your order. If you subsequently notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
Whether a subsequent change is still possible depends on the stage of production. Additional costs for agreed changes will arise only if we have agreed them with you in advance.
If we deviate from the agreed personalisation details or the goods are otherwise defective, you retain your statutory rights in the event of defects.
6. Prices and payment
The prices displayed at the time of the order apply. They include statutory VAT where VAT is applicable to the relevant delivery.
Any additional shipping costs are shown in the online shop and before you submit the order.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur additional import duties, taxes or charges levied by the relevant authorities. Unless these are already included in the displayed total or expressly assumed by us, they must be paid by the customer.
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
For electronic payment methods, payment is generally processed in connection with the order through the selected payment service provider. Any later charge or instalment arrangement agreed between you and the payment service provider is governed by that provider’s terms.
For advance payment by bank transfer, you will receive the required payment details as part of the order process. The invoice amount is due once the contract has been concluded. For this payment method, production or dispatch will begin only after payment has been received.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the delivery address you provide and to the delivery countries offered during checkout.
The production and delivery times that apply to your order are stated in the relevant offer and during checkout. For advance payment by bank transfer, the time required for the payment to arrive must also be taken into account.
Please check your delivery address before completing the order. If you notice an error, inform us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
If a delay becomes apparent to us, we will inform you. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If a delivery cannot be made or is not collected, any additional costs and reimbursement claims are governed by the applicable statutory provisions. We do not automatically retain the purchase price.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details of the time limits, how to exercise the right and the effects of withdrawal are set out in our separate withdrawal instructions, including the model withdrawal form.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
This applies in particular to items that we make with a name or individual wording specified by you.
Producing a standard item only after an order is received (print on demand) does not in itself exclude the right of withdrawal. Likewise, choosing from our standard colours or standard variants does not in itself exclude that right.
Your statutory rights in the event of defects also continue to apply to personalised items.
9. Statutory rights in the event of defects and seconds
Your statutory rights in the event of defects apply.
This also applies to personalised products and items offered as “seconds”. Describing an item as “seconds” does not constitute a blanket exclusion of rights in the event of defects.
If, for a consumer contract, particular deviations from the objective requirements for the goods are to be agreed, you will be specifically informed of the relevant deviation before submitting your order. The deviation must be expressly and separately agreed.
For consumers, exercising rights in the event of defects does not depend on notifying us within seven days or returning the goods in their original packaging.
If you identify a defect, please contact us at office@slofe3d.de so that we can discuss the next steps. This request does not limit your statutory rights.
10. Use and safety
Please follow the instructions provided with the relevant product concerning intended use, compatibility, cleaning and safety.
These instructions do not limit our statutory obligations or your statutory rights.
11. Liability
We are liable in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. This also applies to claims under the German Product Liability Act.
12. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
13. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
