Produkte gut - Lieferzeit ärgerlich

Ich habe zum zweiten Mal Deckel für den SureFeed Metallnapf bestellt, sowie Kühlpads dafür und den zugehörigen Napf. Für unseren Urlaub sollte dies die Barf-Fütterung unserer Katzen im Freien durch die Nachbarn ermöglichen. Die im Shop angezeigte Lieferzeit hätte noch vor dem Urlaub gepasst. Leider kam die Lieferung nicht. Auf Nachfrage nach 1,5 Wochen wurde mir von erhöhten Bestellungen berichtet und eine neue Lieferzeit genannt. Aber auch dann kam nichts. Kurz nach der zweiten Nachfrage kam das Päckchen dann - ca 3 Wochen nach der Bestellung und zwei Tage vor unserer Rückkehr aus dem Urlaub. Sehr ärgerlich. Da wir die Produkte aber an sich für gut befinden, werden wir sie behalten.

Super Service

Kontakt wurde nach der Sommerpause aufgenommen (hatte ich durch die Ansicht auf dem Handy nicht gesehen). Mir wurde angeboten neue Schalen zu schicken die Spülmaschienentauglich sind. Farbe durfte ich mir auch aussuchen. Wirklich super Service. Trotz schlechter Bewertung meiner seits sehr freundlich. Schlechte Bewertung muss ich zurück nehmen.
