Questions about models, sizes & cooling pads?Our cooling pad adds a cooling feature to your shallow bowl. The prepared pad is placed underneath the bowl and can help slow down the warming of the food—especially on warm days.
Additional cooling pads are handy for swapping them out or if you wish to equip multiple feeding stations.
Select the desired pack size: 1, 3, 5, or 10 cooling pads.
Important: The cooling pad works exclusively with our shallow food bowls designed specifically for this purpose. It is not intended for use under original SureFeed® bowls or our standard-height bowls.

Both bowl versions are available either individually or in a set with two cooling pads. If you order additional pads here, you can select the "bowl only" option for the bowl.
This combination is compatible with the SureFeed® Microchip Pet Feeder (non-Connect model) and the SureFeed® Sealed Pet Bowl. It is not suitable for the Connect model.

Use the cooling pad exclusively underneath a compatible flat bowl. It must not be left for your pet to play with or chew on, and it is not intended for direct contact with the food.
The cooling effect depends on factors such as ambient temperature, the amount of food, and the initial temperature of the pad. A specific cooling duration or a consistently safe food temperature cannot be guaranteed. Cooling does not replace regular cleaning or timely replacement of the food.
Clean the cooling pad by hand using lukewarm water and mild dish soap. It is not dishwasher-safe. Check it regularly for damage or leaks, and do not continue using pads that are damaged or leaking.
You are responsible for the safe handling of your pet and the appropriate use of the product. Ensure that your pet does not pull out the cooling pad, chew on it, or damage it.
