We've listened to your feedback and the new version can now be attached to the feeder and the set position will not change as easily. Instructions for easy assembly can be found here.

Also wir sind absolut zufrieden mit den ganzen Zubehör teilen. Was die Erhöhung angeht, finden wir die auch super. Es wäre natürlich toll wenn man sowas noch irgendwie so machen könnte, dass man das Ding trotzdem noch bewegen kann. Also wenn man den Futterautomaten woanders hinstellen will. Dann wackelt alles hin und her muss es erst wieder irritieren aber ansonsten absolut toll und unsere Katze hat sich sehr gefreut. Es ist wirklich angenehmer 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Ich habe schon mal Aufkleber hier bestellt. Das ging auch reibungslos. Diesmal habe ich verstellbare Ständer für meine Surefeed Automaten bestellt.
Ging wieder super fix und ist wunderschön verpackt angekommen. Auch den Link zur Montageanleitung habe ich gleich gefunden und konnte problemlos und schnell die Ständer montieren. Die Katzen fanden es am Anfang etwas komisch - sind aber nach anfänglicher Skepsis an die Automaten mit den Ständern gegangen. Ich bestelle dort gerne wieder :-)
Unser Kater hat in seinem Jungen Leben leider schon große Probleme mit der Hüfte, aufgrund dessen haben wir uns für die Napferhöung entschieden damit er beim Fressen die Hüfte mehr entlasten kann.
Wir sind sehr sehr zufrieden und unser Kater Snorre auch!
Das einzige kleine Manko ist, das die Höheneinstellung nicht einrasten kann und man beim Hochnehmen des Napfes diese immer wieder neu einstellen muss.
Dies ist ein Manko welches wir aber gerne in Kauf nehmen.
